These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services, and facilities operated by Red Training Center, LLC, doing business as 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu San Mateo ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, booking a class, or enrolling as a member, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our adult programs are open to individuals 16 years of age and older. Our kids programs serve students ages 3–15. All students under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete enrollment and sign required waivers on their behalf. A parent or guardian must be present for the first visit for all kids classes.

Gear purchases made through our online store are processed via Shopify. All sales are subject to our return and exchange policy, which will be presented at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Martial arts and physical training involve inherent risks of injury. By participating in any class, open mat, or training session at our facility, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All students are required to sign a separate liability waiver prior to their first class. Participation without a signed waiver is not permitted.
We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation in classes or use of our facilities, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
All students, members, and visitors are expected to conduct themselves with respect, professionalism, and good sportsmanship at all times. The following are grounds for immediate removal and termination of membership without refund:
We reserve the right to refuse service or membership to any individual at our discretion.
All first visits must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted. Open mat sessions are for active members only. Class schedules are subject to change — we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any changes.
By training at our facility, you grant us permission to photograph or record you during classes or events for use in our marketing materials, social media, and website. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and curriculum materials, is the property of Red Training Center, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Training Center, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Mateo County, California.
